BDIA Education and Training

Developed by specialists, The BDIA Certificate: Introduction to Dentistry delivers benchmark training standards within the dental industry.

Worth 20 hours of verifiable CPD, our certificate is an ideal learning resource for anyone in the dental industry who does not come from a clinical background; for example, receptionists, and practice managers at dental surgeries, as well as customer facing staff at companies including the sales teams, customer services staff, marketing departments and managerial staff. The course is designed to fast track knowledge and understanding of the industry and profession, giving students an insight into the basics of dentistry, dental equipment and an appreciation of the work of the dental team.
