CDP Code of Practice
Every member of the dental team should expect outstanding quality when planning their professional development, just as you would when choosing new equipment. The BDIA Code of Practice for Dental CPD helps you to identify providers dedicated to meeting these high standards.
Wherever you see this logo, you can be reassured that your CPD is being offered by a provider that has signed up to our Code.
Our Code sets out what a user can expect from a verifiable CPD activity offered by a Code signatory and has been designed to be applicable to all types of CPD, including seminars, workshops, publications, online activities, exhibitions, conferences, training and workplace sessions, whether paid for or free of charge.
Providers signing up to the Code commit to take steps to ensure quality at all stages of their CPD products, from the way activities are designed through to the final delivery to users, as well as how feedback is handled as part of an ongoing process of improvement.
