The BDIA Award was introduced in 2007 to acknowledge the outstanding contribution of a member of the industry to the dental sector.

Richard Muller

Richard's career in the dental engineering, manufacturing and export sector has spanned over 30 years. He continues to pioneer new technologies in digital dentistry alongside his team at Prima Dental, with dedication to the quality of British dental engineering in the UK and world-wide.

Terry Prodger

Terry became the BDIA's Technical Consultant in 2000, benefiting members with his extensive knowledge and experience of compliance issues, devices legislation and ISO & BSI standards. He's written 100's of Technical Updates and is recognised as one of the country’s experts on device legislation and manufacture.

Nominations for 2018 

Nominees must be members of the industry and only BDIA members may submit nominations. The BDIA only awards this Honour to one candidate each year; as such nominees should have made a truly remarkable impact on the dental industry.
